Payment alone does not approve an event or confirm a date. Your date is reserved after the signed agreement and deposit have both been received. Cancellation and refund terms are in Section 6 of your agreement.

Keep your PayPal receipt and transaction ID. If your payment email differs from your booking email, provide your booking reference to the Presenter so the payment can be matched to your request.
